Schema therapy is an integrated therapy incorporating cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic, gestalt and humanistic theories. It can be adjusted to meet the needs of the patient and can be a short term therapy or a longer term therapy with increased depth that standard CBT or counselling are just not capable of reaching.
Jason can deliver standard CBT for other problems but this will all be discussed with the patient and agreed in advance.
